Welcome to Praveena Gergis Speech Pathology, a private speech pathology practice located in the heart of Western Sydney. The clinic is less than a 10 minute drive from Parramatta and The Children's Hospital at Westmead, and can be accessed easily via public transport.
Our speech pathology practice prides itself on producing high quality services with current evidence based practices and client-focused intervention. We truly believe that focusing on our clients' strengths and not limiting them to a standardised 'in the box' approach is the way to successfully attaining goals.
We provide communication and mealtime assessments and interventions for adults and children starting from as early as 3 months of age (including premature babies).
Our service specialises in working with clients who have complex diagnosis', cognitive and/or physical impairments. These include cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder, congenital disorders (e.g. Down syndrome, heart defects, cleft lip and/or palate) and developmental delay.
Both onsite face to face and telehealth consultations are available.

Our goal is to make speech pathology services accessible and affordable for all individuals. We accept:
- Medicare
- Private Health Funds
- Self-managed and plan managed (by a third party planner) NDIS funding.
